The cost of furniture, décor and painting work is not included, as this will vary depending on the scope and scale of the property.
Once the design plan is prepared, you will have a clear list of what is needed so items can be purchased directly.

We can only accept properties that are presented to a certain standard. This is important because design and presentation play a major role in how well a property performs as serviced accommodation.
If you choose to stage the property yourself, it must still meet our quality criteria before we can proceed with management.
This helps us maintain a consistent standard across the properties we work with and gives each property the best chance of performing well.
